Autoscript & The Camera Store Opens Expanded Headquarters In West London

Autoscript, a leading teleprompting company, is to move its headquarters into larger premises at Twickenham in West London, to accommodate expansion within the business.
It is a significant move for the company, which has operated out of East London's Docklands area since launch 25 years ago.
Autoscript will be co-located with The Camera Store (TCS), one of the UK's leading specialists in camera mounting equipment hire and a fellow Vitec Group brand.
Brian Larter, Worldwide Managing Director, Autoscript, said: "Not only had we outgrown our existing site, but our new West London base offers greater access for customers and for our hire fleet to deploy rapidly around the capital.
"Housing Autoscript's hire division with TCS under one roof is great news for customers since they will have all the ease of arranging prompting solutions and camera equipment hire from a single location."
TCS offers a combination of the latest, high quality camera support equipment for hire backed with a comprehensive service and repair division.
Tim Highmoor, Managing Director for TCS, said: "We are looking forward to sharing office with Autoscript. Working alongside their rental department, we will be able to link our transport operations in order to enhance our delivery service. There is also an environmental advantage by trying to combine our journeys into central London in particular. TCS will benefit from moving to a much larger unit where clients can drop off their equipment and we can deal with running repairs at our service bay. There will also be a designated area where a range of Vitec Group brand products will be demonstrated."
Aside from increased office and warehouse space the new operation, which opens February 2, 2009, includes full demonstration and meeting areas and readily available parking.
