4MC at St Anne's Court appoint new Head of Sound

David Old has been appointed Head of Sound at 4MC at St Anne's Court, moving from the position of Head of Sound at De Lane Lea.
With seven BAFTA Awards and a Royal Television Society Award (RTS) to his name, David Old is one of the UK's leading sound mixers. Starting his career in 1973 at BBC Bristol as a Technical Assistant, Old soon moved across into sound to become a TV Dubbing Mixer. In 1984 Old joined Cine Lingual and after a brief time at Magmasters in 1993, moved to De Lane Lea in 1994.
Bruce Everett, Managing Director of the Pictures Facilities of 4MC at St Anne's Court, said: "I'm absolutely chuffed to bits David's joining us at 4MC at St. Anne's. He has a rare skill to combine feature film standards with television expediency. Seven BAFTA's and an RTS says it all.
