Autocue Appoints Nikki De Marchi

Autocue, a leading provider of newsroom automation and teleprompting solutions, has announced the appointment of Nikki De Marchi as Global Customer Service Director. De Marchi will initially take accountability for the global Rental Division, with Technical Support to be added to her remit later in the year.

De Marchi's initial focus will be transforming operations to better service the existing client base, including BBC News and BAFTA. This transformation will include a complete refresh of the Rentals stock, the implementation of new inventory management and delivery systems and processes, rigorous new training and development initiatives, and the roll-out of Autocue's revolutionary new product QMaster and QBox. These changes will further enhance Autocue's position as one of the world's leading providers of teleprompting services.
