Root6 At Broadcast LIVE & Video Forum
root6 will host the TV Tech seminar programme and present workshops on file-based workflow and the convergence of broadcast and IT technologies.
Mac and PC workstations on the stand will be used to demonstrate the latest software from Apple and Avid including Final Cut Studio and Avid’s Interplay media management.
Seen for the first time will be the latest V2.4 software for ContentAgent, the universal file transcoding and management platform due to ship early in 2008.
Technical and support staff will be on hand to discuss and advise on a variety of issues including data-intensive workflows found in HD and 2K/4K film applications and handing new file-based acquisition in post from devices like P2, XDCAM and the Red Camera.
