BBC3 Recommissions Critically Acclaimed 'Touch Me, I'm Karen Taylor'
BBC3 has recommissioned Bafta-winning comedian Karen Taylor's irreverent comedy 'Touch Me, I'm Karen Taylor'.
Lucy Lumsden, the BBC controller of comedy commissioning and Danny Cohen, the BBC3 controller, have given the green light to a second series of the show.
The number of half-hour episodes will be expanded from six to seven for the new run, which will air in 2008.
The first series of Touch Me, I'm Karen Taylor ran this summer to critical acclaim.
The series, which is made by Avalon, is being produced by Richard Grocock and directed by Ben Kellett.
Executive producers are Jon Thoday and Richard Allen-Turner.
