Broadcast International To Exhibit With IBM At IBC

Broadcast International has announced that it will be exhibiting in IBM’s stands at IBC.
The IBM/BI encoder features Broadcast International patented CodecSys compression technology on the IBM BladeCenter QS20 'Cell Blade.'
Broadcast International (BI) say that the combination of technologies will "significantly improve performance and reduce costs" associated with video compression, while delivering high quality video at low bandwidths.
"IBC is a wonderful stage on which to present our combined encoding solution to the world," said Rod Tiede, Broadcast International CEO. "IBM and BI's high performance video compression solutions deliver enhanced quality and reduced time to market for our clients' audio and video applications."
Broadcast International may be found at IBM on stands 2.120 and 2.121 at IBC.
