Birds Eye View Film Festival 2008

The Birds Eye View Film Festival 2008 will open on March 6 with 6 days of shorts, features, documentaries and special events, panels and parties.
All events will be held at leading London film venues. Key events will involve celebrity presenters and guest speakers. 2007 saw the 3rd Birds Eye View Film Festival - the biggest yet, with 6 days of sell out screenings at key London film venues, inspiring Q&A's, masterclasses, special cross-arts events, parties, networking and exciting training programmes for emerging talent.
Submissions are being sought from women filmmakers from around the globe, to be a part of a showcase programme of innovative and inspirational shorts, features and documentaries. Awards will be presented to Best Short Drama, Best Short Animation, Best Documentary and a special Award for Innovation.
Deadline for UK submissions Early Bird - Friday 21 September 2007 Deadline for UK submissions - Saturday November 3 2007 Deadline for International submissions - Monday November 12 2007.
