PINNACLE ROADSHOW TOURS UK

PINNACLE Systems, manufacturers of digital video tools for broadcast professionals, are staging a demonstration tour to showcase three of their key digital products, the DV500, DC1000 and DC2000.
Dave Askew, Northern European Regional Manager at Pinnacle Systems, says: “Based on the positive feedback from the recent Pinnacle Roadshows, we have decided to hold another tour, organised in close cooperation with our Pinnacle Partners. As well as providing an ideal opportunity for customers and dealers to meet, we at Pinnacle value the chance to talk about our products in a face to face, informal atmosphere.”
Pinnacle’s DV500 provides a real-time, non-linear and dual-stream digital video production system. Incorporating digital and analogue video, audio inputs and outputs and includes Abobe Premiere, Sonic Foundry ACID and HollywoodFX.
The DC1000 is a video editing tool featuring MPEG-2 codec and dual-stream video editing. Using the new broadcast television and DVD standard MPEG-2 video compression, it allows data rates much lower than previously attainable.
The DC2000 is a professional solution, offering component as well as composite connections. The DC2000 also provides interactive authoring of CDs and a single menu DVD. Experts in all of these products will be available to provide advice and guidance at each of the events.
The Pinnacle Roadshow will be at the Red Submarine, York on September 12, Siren Technology, Manchester on September 14 and at Oceanic Productions, Liverpool September 18.
