Editshare honours Video Source

Video Source are the European re-seller of the year for the shared storage specialists Editshare.
Video Source have worked very closely with Editshare over the last 2 years and have seen their relationship flourish especially in the “Education” market. Recent sales have seen 2 Editshare systems and 10 Avid Xpress pro systems going into the newly relocated University of Nottingham and a 20Terrabyte system has been installed at IFE in Manchester.
More and more clients are seeing the advantage of shared storage and Video Source are proud to be market leaders in this growing trend.
Another new success story for Video Source has been Avid Forensics.
Chris Hough a relatively new employee at Video Source is a Forensics expert who has a wide knowledge of Forensics from the “sharp end” as his last employer was the Police!
These specialist systems have recently been bought by The Scottish Environmental Protection Agency, Avon and Somerset Police, Merseyside Police, and 4 systems are on their way to the Police in Ireland.
Chris also provides bespoke training courses on these systems.
Video Source are pleased to welcome Roy Merriman a new member of staff in their engineering dept. Roy has a wide range of experience in Install and maintenance engineering and is a welcome addition to our growing team.
Video Source have opened a new office!
Due to growth within the company Video Source have opened a new office in Leyland Lancashire.
As well as a sales / Admin office there is also an Avid demonstration suite and an engineering and hires workshop.
