ENTERPRISE AND CJDS ANNOUNCE MERGER
ENTERPRISE Software, developers of mission critical software for the broadcast industry and Colombine JDS Systems (CJDS), providers of comprehensive technology solutions have announced that they have combined their businesses in a stock-for-stock merger.
The merger of Enterprise and CJDS creates a company that will provide broadcast and advertising business systems and services covering all major media outlets.
The combined company will have existing customers that include television, radio, cable and satellite broadcasters, advertising agencies and rep firms.
Barry Goldsmith CEO of the combined company said: “By listening to and working with our existing and future customers, we will be able to provide the future products and services that they will need to meet the challenges of electronic media management and distribution for the ever-changing domestic and international market.”
The combined entity’s major shareholders will include Thomas H. Lee Partners, Blackstone Capital Partners III, Chancery Lane Capital, LiveWire Media and Evercore Capital Partners.
