CARLTON APPOINT MURPHY AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Gerry Murphy has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Carlton Communications.
Murphy moves from Exel plc, formerly NFC, where he was Chief Executive Officer for the past five years.
Michael Green, Chairman of Carlton, said: “Gerry has an impressive record. He has transformed large businesses, built and inspired dedicated management teams and created significant shareholder value. He was the unanimous choice of the board and I am delighted that he is coming to Carlton.”
Murphy moves from Exel plc, formerly NFC, where he was Chief Executive Officer for the past five years.
