MERCEDES' ON CENTRE STAGE AT CHELTENHAM STUDIOS

THE NEW Mercedes Benz C-class saloon was the star in every sense of the word when it was officially launched last week at Cheltenham Film Studios.
Cheltenham Film Studios shot the action packed film of the new C-class for its launch at the studios. A crowded stage at the event saw the special footage showing the new C-class going through its paces and then burst through the screen into the studio to delight an applauding and surprised audience.
David Bill, Chairman of Cheltenham Film Studios, said: “This kind of launch is a new venture for the studios, but it makes absolute sense as we have all the skills available to us on site, whether from companies based here or from within our own organisation. We are sure it will be the first of many of these kind of events.”
The event was produced and directed by freelance Phil Partridge, with production services and additional filming provided by Cheltenham Film Studios.
Speaking on the event Mercedes Director and Dealer Principal Brian Kane said: “It was an amazing entrance. One second we were watching a film of the C-class coming towards us on screen and the next it was right there in the studio in front of everyone.”
