More success for Frontniche with Vutrix range

Frontniche have been successful in securing major orders for the Vutrix HDSDI TFT range.
A major broadcaster, which starts transmitting HD in the 2006, has chosen the 23” HDSDI (1920 x 1080 native) as the grade ‘A’ monitor for eight of their HD edit suits.
CTV Outside Broadcast (one of the HD Broadcasters main OB contractors for HD) has ordered 20 of the Vutrix 23” TFTs with integrated HDSDI Quad multiviewer with UMD & Tally and 34 of the 17” with integrated HDSDI Quad multiviewer with UMD / Tally and Audio Meters.
Arena Mobiles (also one of the HD Broadcasters main OB contractors for HD) has also installed 21 of the Vutrix 26” TFTs with integrated HDSDI Quad multiviewer with UMD & Tally, with a second OB due in February.
Envy Post Production has ordered the 23” HDSDI (1920 x 1080 native) as the grade ‘A’ monitor for 6 of their new HD edit suits.
The Vutrix HD Multi-view card has been designed to Integrate into a range of TFT monitors (17” to 56”)
The integral quad is capable of 10-bit HD input resolutions (e.g.1920x1080) on each channel this data is then processed by one of four separate graphic engines locked together using the Vutrix MPPS (Multiple Pixel to Pixel Syncro) system, this system will cut and splice each individual channel to 1/4 of the resolution of the screen while maintaining picture processing in the 10 and 16 bit domain (using Vutrix / BBC R&D licensed technology) the signals are then directly offered to the screen without being compression and de-compression if it went via an 8bit DVI link. The overall result can be up to four times the bandwidth of external quad displays and 10/16 bit dynamic control of the colorimetric.
One other feature is the ability to use input one as the master H/V sync source to directly lock the display panel and Genlock the other three inputs.
