Omneon names Reiner Frenken Regional Manager for Central and Eastern Europe
Omneon Video Networks has announced the appointment of Reiner Frenken as Regional Manager for Central and Eastern Europe, the Russian Federation and Eurasia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, and Uzbekistan).
Within this role, Frenken will support existing Omneon customers while also working to make Omneon Spectrum media server systems the first choice for broadcasters in developing European and Central Asian markets.
"Reiner's more than 20 years' experience in introducing broadcast solutions to clients throughout Central and Eastern Europe will be critical to the success of our server systems in the region's rapidly expanding markets," said Greg Hoskin, Vice President of Sales, EMEA, at Omneon Video Networks. "We're very pleased to welcome Reiner to the company. His familiarity with the emerging markets of Europe and background in managing sales to those markets make him a valuable addition to our sales team."
