SKY DROPS CHANNELS FROM ANALOGUE SERVICE

SKY Television’s analogue service have contacted their subscribers by letter advising that eleven channels are to stop broadcasting on the service from March 31.
These channels include UK Gold, Discovery, Sci-Fi, UK Horizons and Bravo.
Customer Marketing Manager, Ian Shepard, advised subscribers that from the end of June this year, he expects the analogue service to close altogether. Those who have not converted to Sky Digital have been offered the Sky World and Sky Family packages free for one month if they make the change to by the end of February. (CMcL)
