Autumn Carluccio's Italian Film Festival to support Macmillan Cancer Relief

This autumn, Carluccio's will be hosting a week long Italian Film Festival at the Everyman Cinema Club to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Relief.
On September 7th Carluccio’s will be holding a glittering gala performance of Cinema Paradiso which will begin their Italian film festival, which will run until 15th September 2005.
Their patron, film director Anthony Minghella, will introduce the film with Antonio Carluccio and the Italian Ambassador, His Excellency Ambasciatore Giancarlo Aragona.
During the main festival, which includes two evening performances, Carluccio's and Everyman will be screening Italian cinema classics to include:
  • Cinema Paradiso
  • La Strada
  • Notte di San Lorenzo (The Night of San Lorenzo)
  • Rocco ei suoi Fratelli (Rocco and his brothers)
  • Morte a Venezia (Death in Venice)
  • Il Gattopardo (The Leopard)
  • Miracolo a Milano (Miracle in Milan)
  • L’Albero degli Zoccoli (Tree of the Wooden Clogs)
  • Caro Diario (Dear Diary)
  • Ladri di biciclette (Bicycle Thieves)
Tickets for the gala start at £50 to £150 for Club Suites (to seat two). Prices include a Bellini cocktail reception followed by a sumptuous Carluccio’s Italian buffet and an Italian gift bag packed with presents as well as the chance to win the new Vespa LX50 or a beautiful Maxmara evening gown.
The main festival tickets are priced at £14 and include a welcome bellini and crostini.

The Everyman Cinema Club is located in a historic building in the centre of Hampstead Village and has been remodelled to create a fully licensed venue served by the latest screening technology in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.
