WESTLB PANMURE ACQUIRE STAKE IN ENTERACTION TV

UK broadband and interactive TV specialists, enteraction tv, have announced that Pan-European investment bank, WestLB Panmure, have acquired a 14 per cent stake in the company for an undisclosed amount.
Mark Cullen, CEO at enteraction tv, said: “We are delighted that WestLB Panmure have recognised the significant value of our company. The scale of this investment will drive us rapidly to market leaders in the position in the UK and will assist in international expansion of our business into key European markets.
“We are also pleased to announce that Stephen Davidson will become Board Director of enteraction tv. Stephen’s business acumen and insight into the media sector will be a great asset to the company.”
The company provides end-to-end solutions for new market entrants in digital television including consultancy, production, design, distribution and management.
Enteraction TV also work with broadcasters, internet based services and brands to provide content and solutions for broadband and interactive TV propositions.
Services include developing interactive video for web sites, extending internet brands into digital television, interactive TV advertising and interactive television programming. (CD)
