RED ANNOUNCE NEW CREATIVE APPOINTMENTS

RED, the Soho-based creative facility, have announced the appointments of Zak Ezzati and Henry Cummings.
Ezzati will bolster Red’s soon-to-be-launched e-media arm called Red-i, and Cummings joins as an additional SoftImage DS operator.
As Senior Mac Designer Ezzati will head up a three-strong team of After Effects designers and animators who specialise in effects compositing, design and animation for commercials, music promos, feature films and broadcast work.
The team, expected to expand rapidly over the coming months, will also undertake design, web-based streaming, interactive web activity and DVD authoring for Red-i. Ezzati was previously freelancing for a number of high-profile design companies including Attik, Intro and Spin.
Cummings joins Red's DS team from a two-year stint at Orly Productions in New Zealand.
Along with the facility's existing team of Dan Andrew, Carl Greep and Alex Pickering, Cummings will be working on a broad range of projects including web-based material, versioning for multi-platforms, commercials, music promos and corporate work. (CD)
