RPS name new Commercial Manager

RPS Film Imaging have appointed John Ward as their Commercial Manager.
Ward has been involved in the feature film production and postproduction sector for more than 25 years, and has spent the past 10 years at Colour Film Services, where his specific area of interest has been Tape to 35mm Film transfer in all forms, ranging from commercials to full length features, either live action or animation.
“Joining the professional team at RPS is a real pleasure. They already have a successful track record in the 35mm film transfer sector and are absolutely focussed on the way ahead in this rapidly evolving Digital Intermediate environment. The fact that outside of the USA they are unique in having the capability of transferring to 65mm negative is a bonus; it is a market sector that I am looking forward to exploring”.
RPS Film Imaging have recently completed the 35mm transfer of the British low budget feature, 'New Town Original', and the 65mm transfer of 'Peril on Akryls' for the latest ride at Futuroscope in France.
