FUJINON TO INTRODUCE NEW LENSES AT NAB
AT NAB, Fujinon will introduce new standard professional lenses, new cine style lenses and new electronic film production lenses.
The new Fujinon standard professional lenses, the A20x8.6BERM-SD for 2/3-inch format cameras and the S20x6.4BERM-SD for 1/2-inch format cameras, offer the highest magnification (20x) and the widest field of view (8.6 - 172mm) available for a lens for pro video cameras. The A20x/S20x lenses feature Inner Focus and are available with an optional 2x-extender for added zoom range. These lenses are specifically designed with the professional end-user in mind.
Fujinon will introduce three new high definition lenses extending its range of Cine Prime Lenses: HAF16B-10, HAF34B-10, HAF54B-10. This line offers fixed focal lengths of 5, 8, 12, 16, 20, 34, 40 and 54mm in true HD-quality. They are designed specifically to complete the latest digital high definition cinematography cameras. Furthermore, Fujinon are to introduce a new Cine Zoom Lens. The HA17x7.8B-10 is a versatile 17x zoom lens covering most applications from moderate wide angle to telephoto.
Fujinon will also introduce other new lenses: High Definition XA72x9.3BESM-D; Standard OB lens Ah60x9.5BESM-D, Standard High Definition ENG Lens, and the HA17x7.8BERM-M28.
The new High Definition XA72x lenses are equipped with a new advanced back focus system. The XA72x lenses are ideally suited for shooting sports where extreme close ups and high-image quality are critical.
As successor for the standard Ah55x lens, Fujinon has developed the new Ah60x lenses. It features among others, QUICKZOOM, F-number limit switch, and two shot preset for zoom and focus.
The Ah50x9.5BESM-5L studio lens is being targeted at those users working with ENG cameras that do not wish to exceed focal length longer than 950 mm. The Ah50x9.5 is suitable for all kinds of outside broadcast applications.
This new Fujinon Studio lens for B-mount ENG cameras is equipped with an integrated large lens adapter, but weighs only 20 kgs.
The new HA17x7.8 has the longest focal length of 133 mm and the widest angle of view (63°10') at 7.8mm. Optional available on the HA17x7.8 is the QUICKFRAME function which allows instant alternation between motorised and manual zooming without operating any switches.
