Miranda Technologies joins Pro-Bel's Morpheus Partner Programme

Pro-Bel, manufacturer and supplier of routing, signal processing, master control and automation technologies, has announced that Miranda Technologies is the latest company to join its Morpheus Partner Programme.
The Morpheus Partner Programme was initiated by Pro-Bel to allow partner companies to integrate their technologies with Pro-Bel's powerful new automation system.
Morpheus represents an evolution of the Pro-Bel automation philosophy, providing a scalable, cost effective solution using 'best of breed' technologies and a design that supports fault resilience at every level.
The Morpheus architecture supports non-linear playout of not only conventional material, but a wide range of multimedia and data-based content. At the core of Morpheus is the MediaBall concept, allowing even the most complex sequences of events to be packaged in a way that provides simple presentation to an operator and easy manipulation within a schedule.
Miranda and Pro-Bel have worked together to ensure that customers installing the former's powerful and flexible Imagestore and Intuition channel branding products and the latter's automation system will be able to take full advantage of the technologies' capabilities.
Richard Brice, Miranda's European MD, said: "Our channel branding solutions allow users to create very complex branding sequences involving multiple graphical and text animations with wipes, fades, voiceovers and so on - all on a variable timeline. Pro-Bel's Media Ball concept allows users to easily automate these complex branding events."
Neil Mayock, Chief Technical Officer, Pro-Bel Group, added: "Miranda joining the Morpheus Partner Programme provides another compelling reason to choose Morpheus automation solutions. This partnership assures customers, who wish to use both these technologies, that integration has already been proven - providing peace of mind and a quicker route to a completed system. We are pleased that Miranda has recognised the benefits of Morpheus."
