Mitcorp acquires Boxer Scotland

Mitcorp UK Ltd has announced its acquisition of Boxer Scotland.
Intended to build upon the services Mitcorp already offers to Scottish companies, the acquisition will see all elements of Boxer Scotland incorporated into Mitcorp’s Glasgow operation, including the comprehensive service department.
The entire Boxer Scotland team is to be combined with Mitcorp’s existing sales services, providing “local access to the very best service and expert advice.” The acquisition will also mean that Mitcorp can now offer Scottish customers a wide variety of product choice from manufacturers such as Sony, Panasonic, Apple, Avid and Sonic, all at the most competitive prices.
A Mitcorp statement read: “The acquisition is part of Mitcorp’s ongoing plans to bring real product choice and availability to Scotland, providing the large stocks, competitive pricing, demonstration facilities, technical expertise and support essential for Scottish businesses.”
