Streaming Media West announces impressive attendance

More than 1400 business executives, streaming media professionals, and members of the press gathered in Santa Clara, California, from October 26-28 to participate in the Streaming Media West Conference.
Organised by Information Today, Inc. (ITI), Streaming Media West offered industry professionals with an opportunity to learn about the real-world implementations of streaming media technology and applications in the enterprise, education, and entertainment sectors.
The three-day conference consisted of over 20 interactive sessions with more than 100 speakers and presenters from the technology and enterprise industries discussing the practical business uses of streaming media. On hand were many enterprise, education, and technology speakers, with keynotes presented by executives from Macromedia and Lockheed Martin.
"The Streaming Media West show continues to grow with an influx in highly-targeted attendees who are looking for specific solutions to solve their business communication needs," said Dan Rayburn, Conference Chairman. "Along with the growing number of exhibitors the Streaming Media East and West shows are once again the only events that brings together an independent, knowledge-based conference, a robust exhibit hall, and high-level networking opportunities for streaming media based solutions all under one roof."
The next Streaming Media conference and exhibition, Streaming Media East 2005, will be held at the Hilton New York from May 16-18 2005.
