STAMFORD PUTS SKY DIGITAL IN EVERY HOME

A GROUND-breaking deal announced by British Sky Broadcasting (BSkyB) and Stamford Homes means there are now more than 200 new reasons to buy a new home.
That is the number of digital satellite television channels which purchasers will receive free of charge for a year, following Stamford Homes’ decision to provide a Sky digital subscription with every new home they build from now on.
The majority of buyers will receive a top-tier subscription worth £408, providing access to all of Sky’s premium movie and sports channels. All packages include an unrivalled selection of basic channels, pay-per-view movies starting as often as every 15 minutes and the award-winning interactive service Sky News Active. Homebuyers will also have access to Sky’s interactive television services such as email, TV betting, games, local information, home shopping and home banking.
Because all homes on future Stamford Homes sites will be pre-wired for digital television, purchasers will not have to install their own satellite dish. The dish will be installed discreetly during construction and each home will have an average of five digital television points, providing easy access to multi-channel services in most rooms.
Stamford Homes, one of the UK’s most innovative regional housebuilders, are the first company to deliver all of their new homes complete with a Sky digital subscription.
