NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR RUSHES

RUSHES have announced that Joce Capper is to become their new Managing Director, as Mark Hewitt moves on to concentrate on his role as President of Liberty Livewire Television (Europe).
Joce Capper moves into the position having worked at Rushes for over ten years, where she has gained invaluable experience in the field of the postproduction and an intimate working knowledge of the company. During Capper¹s time at Rushes, she has risen through the ranks from the position of General Manager to Facilities Director. Previous to this, Capper worked at Edit Art and Molinare.
Capper said: "I have always loved working at Rushes - it has been a delight in the last ten years to work with such highly creative talent - I feel that I have learnt so much from my predecessors and colleagues. Rushes suits a certain type of individual and I've always felt that I fitted in and have had great fun over the years. I'm delighted to be given the opportunity to take over at the helm - and am determined to ensure that Rushes remains, in postproduction terms, as the cream of the crop in fact I am the cat that has got the cream!"
