Digital Vision look to notion of Motion

London-based Digital Vision have announced that movers and shakers in the broadcasting and design community will have no problem with the 'notion of motion' thanks to the launch of 12 new Motion footage titles.
Blasts from the past, new takes on the here-and-now and a huge techno-step into the future all combine to offer industry professionals an exciting range of groundbreaking titles, all at royalty free flexibility.
All 12 titles have been developed using the best producers worldwide and the series is already proving popular in the USA, where the collection was launched in December. Radiance, playing on the exquisite interaction of light, colour and movement, and Kinetic Force, which takes the whole notion of motion to the edge and back, are showing excellent take-up in the USA and are expected to be top sellers in Europe.
Of the new titles, Plasma, Form and Hypnographix present energetic, sophisticated and sensual backgrounds to enhance any sequence and entrance any audience. A more technical approach is favoured in Endoscopic Circuits, which uses the same camera as that used in 'The Matrix' to delve into the minute character of the circuit board. Technology is also key in Data.Net which gives shape and context to the elusive, data-driven world in which we live now whilst offering a vision of how it might be in the future. Different again is Shimmer – a series of adrenalin-pumping motion graphics guaranteed to bring any film producer out in a sweat.
As a leading force in the world of royalty free publishing, Digital Vision is continually expanding its portfolio to ensure that it is at the cutting edge of the industry. The new Motion collection is active proof of the creative energy that continues to drive the company forward.
Recapturing the momentum of days gone by, the four Archive footage titles provide a striking contrast to the undeniable contemporary feel of the rest of the collection. From the fear of fiery mushroom clouds to the blood, sweat and tears of heavy industry, Atomic Archive and Archive Industry bring to life situations that will be unfamiliar to many in today’s world. In comparison, the hilarious Comic Cuts and insane Madcap Moments titles offer more than just a touch of humour with crazy chimpanzees on roller skates and feats of dare-devilry to make your hair stand on end!
All Motion titles feature 18-69 clips in Jpeg Codec compression. Each is broadcast quality, either produced in digital or 35mm format and, where possible, Alpha mattes and looping have been added. Prices range from a downloadable single clip at £249 to a full CD title at £599.
