New Producer at Framestore CFC

Framestore CFC's thriving Film Department has appointed a new Senior Producer.
Sandra Scott joins the company from Industrial Light and Magic, where she produced VFX work for projects such as ‘The Mummy’, ‘Mission to Mars’ and ‘Planet of the Apes’, working with directors including Steven Spielberg, Tim Burton and Brian De Palma.
Scott was educated at the University of California, and started her career in VFX at Pacific Data Images in 1992. She joined ILM in 1994. Scott's most recent film work as VFX Producer at ILM includes ‘Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets’ and ‘Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban’.
2004 has been an extraordinary year for Framestore CFC's film department, with highly acclaimed work in major production's including the digital armada in ‘Troy’, Buckbeak the Hippogriff in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, as well as all 680 digital effects shots for ‘Thunderbirds’ – the largest ever provision of digital effects for a film by a single company outside the US.
Upcoming projects for Framestore CFC include ‘The Libertine’, starring Johnny Depp and released this autumn; ‘Doom’, based on the legendary computer game; ‘Nanny McPhee’, written by and starring Emma Thompson; Tim Burton's new version of ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’, and ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’.
