Prontonet IP Dual Audio Codec launched in the UK
Audio & Design have announced the launch of the new Prontonet IP dual audio codec from Prodys in the UK.
This new product completes the Prodys audio codec family. Building on the features provided in previous models, Prontonet extends the uses of the audio codec supporting MPEG4 AAC-LC, LD, G711, G722 & apt-X algorithms.
Audio & Design have dubbed this extraordinary device is the 'Swiss Army Knife' of codecs as it supports not only ISDN, and X21 formats but also Ethernet communication interfaces. Using the built in web browser, full control of bi-directional uncompressed audio transmission is available over IP.
Now shipping in the UK, Prontonet is available ex-stock from Audio & Design.
