HOLDAN ANNOUNCE SHIPPING OF V2.5 SOFTWARE
HOLDAN have announced the shipping of v2.5 software for the Applied Magic ScreenPlay stand-alone, real-time NLE editing system.
The upgrade is issued by CD ROM, free of charge to all registered users and will be installed as standard on all new units shipped from early July.
The new features include audio waveform display, zoom video feature, frame accurate full screen editing facility, enhanced DV device control with DV scene detection and automatic scene split together with real-time widescreen conversion. A user manual supplement is also issued.
ScreenPlay offers powerful video editing facilities, special effects, transitions, colour titling and audio mixing all in real-time. It has gained a good deal of respect and is already being used in many educational establishments and government departments together with corporate and wedding videographers. (GB)
