Abit to showcase automated digital video effects at IBC2004

Abit is to showcase its revolutionary new automated digital video (DV) effects at IBC2004 and announce major customer successes.
The broadcast automation leader is making a dramatic return to the Amsterdam show with its first public demonstrations of software updates to its entire product family.
Abit’s ground-breaking new automated DV effects functionality is available as a component in all its systems from the entry-level Show-It to its flagship, fully-customised enterprise-level Present-It solution. The software automatically delivers limitless DV effects from any location as parallel events along any broadcast playout timeline, including specially-created rehearsal channels.
As the latest addition to Present-It, the DV effects capability complements its flexible resource-management solution, which also integrates other operations such as scheduling and commercial sales. Its first live public demonstration follows successful trials by major global broadcasters.
