CHYRON REPORT INCREASE IN DUET SYSTEM SALES
CHYRON CORPORATION have reported a strong increase in sales for the company's graphics division product, the Duet on-air graphics system.
Duet sales for the first six months of 2001 are up over 50 per cent from the same period last year.
Duet is available in three configurations: Duet-SD, Duet-HD and the newest member of the family, the Duet-LE, which starts at around £10,000.
All systems use Lyric content creation and playout software, taking advantage of Chyron's 30-year knowledge base in providing advanced CG features.
In addition to Lyric, the Duet-SD and HD include CAL, which enables automated data to be easily sent to pre-configured templates. Multiple templates can be displayed simultaneously, enabling a single Duet to replace a number of older CG's.
Serving the television industry for three decades, Chyron Corporation have established themselves as one of the leading innovators in the development of television graphics and distribution systems, including products to meet the demands of digital and interactive television. (CD)
