Waterfall Studios hosting ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ on BBC3
Broadcast Facilities House and Media Group Waterfall Studios are currently playing host to BBC Entertainment’s new celebrity dance extravaganza, ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, broadcasting live from their Shepherd’s Bush studios, five nights a week at 8.30pm on BBC3.
The show, fronted by XFM Presenter and stand up comedian Justin Lee Collins, features interviews with the celebrity contestants and their pro dancing partners with behind the scenes footage and trivia building up to the Saturday night dance-off on BBC1.
Working in partnership with the BBC, Waterfall are providing a full technical crew including Lighting Director, Sound Supervisor, Technical Manager, Vision Engineer, Aston, VT and Autocue Operators as well as production offices, green room, dressing rooms and on-site hospitality. The studio and gallery are equipped with a dual redundant Microwave link to BBC TV Centre using four cameras, EVS and Digi Beta play-ins, Autocue and Aston Ethos.
