TL AUDIO EQ-1 RE-ISSUED

TL Audio have announced that their original EQ-1 Dual Valve Equaliser is back for a strictly limited edition production run of 500 pieces, and will be unveiled at the New York AES.
Entirely faithful to the original in its internal design, the new EQ-1 sports the same cosmetic styling as its other Classic range partners, and starts shipping this autumn. Originally launched in 1993 as TL Audio’s very first valve product, the EQ-1 ran until 1998 - and since being discontinued many requests have been received to resurrect what has now become a classic design.
The EQ-1 offers two channels of valve equalisation with four EQ bands on each channel. Each of the four bands provides four switched frequencies, with a shelving response on the LF and HF bands, a peaking response on the mid bands, and up to 15dB of cut or boost. High quality onboard mic preamps and a DI input make the EQ-1 a powerful tracking tool as well as the perfect sweetening device for instruments, vocals or stereo mixes. With four valve stages per channel running from a 325V supply, the EQ-1 is one of fattest sounding and most instantly gratifying EQs on the market today.
