UK launch of Inca Studio & Inca RTX by Gee Broadcast

Gee Broadcast has announced the immediate availability of the Inca Studio and Inca RTX CG and graphics automation tools from Inscriber.
Inca Studio offers innovative drag-and-drop features that give operators creative freedom without the need for programming skills. Studio offers such features as independently-controllable multi-layers of graphics, clock, logos and multiple clip playback on a single channel. These innovative features allow Inca Studio to free up inputs on the switcher that were once occupied by several CGs, DDRs, logo generators and other equipment.
In addition to superior CG features such as real time clip-to-clip dissolves, independent clock and logos and real time organic transitions, Inca Studio can integrate with leading media file formats such as DV, MPEG2, Windows Media, Flash, and Power Point, and is compatible with existing Inscriber products. This ability to maximise the use of existing software and equipment provides broadcast and production professionals incredible value for their investment.
Inca RTX is the next generation of Inscriber's powerful RTX product - used worldwide by broadcasters to create custom broadcast applications for the display of real-time information in sports, elections, weather and news broadcasts. The Inca RTX automation toolkit interfaces directly with Inscriber video hardware, allowing broadcasters to create applications to drive tickers, split screens and multi-zone displays, and link with live data feeds.
Based on Inscriber's groundbreaking Inca architecture, Inca RTX supports SDI fill and key input and output, and provides software codec support for the playback of various video formats such as DV25, MPEG1 and MPEG2.
Inca RTX's rich multi-layer environment allows the simultaneous display of text, graphics, animations, video, DVE, rolls, crawls and more. Screen elements can be displayed on an infinite number of overlapping layers, providing broadcasters with maximum flexibility and creative control over their screen output. Screen elements can also be combined with real-time motion effects, such as transitions on running effects like crawls and rolls, real-time clip-to-clip transitions and organic dissolves.
Inca RTX is powered by a COM interface that is accessible through popular programming languages such as Visual Basic, Visual Studio. net, Visual C++ and Borland Delphi.
