BDL-Autoscript to launch wireless scroll control device at Broadcast Asia 2004

A unique wireless scroll control device designed for the ‘wandering’ presenter is to be launched by BDL-Autoscript at Broadcast Asia 2004.
The discreet hand-held unit includes story select buttons and a GPI facility to control other devices such as a weather map.
BDL will also show updates to the popular +WinPlus+ Prompting Software with its successful implementation of MOS protocol. With the ability to operate in any language supported by Windows and Unicode, it offers resilience to the system.
BDL will feature its lightweight high specification colour-capable 20" TFT Flat Panel on-camera prompter which gives a reading range of up to 12m. Additionally it will show its 8.4 inch highbrite TFT with a wide-angle hood, ideal for mini-jib, steadicam and ultra lightweight portable use.
BDL has also added to its range a competitively priced 12" Entry Level-Professional (ELP) on camera prompter for studio use which offers a direct replacement for the conventional CRT based prompters.
