BAL Broadcast launch BALRAK range
BAL Broadcast has introduced its new BALRAK range, a suite of 8x8 routers for video and audio in both digital and analogue varieties.
The BALRAK routers are intended for smaller installations or islands within a large facility. Each 1-u 19" frame houses a single 8x8 router for analogue audio (BALRAK93A), AES audio (BALRAK94A), analogue video (BALRAK91A) or SDI video (BALRAK90A). The routers are controlled via RS422 or RS232 to allow pushbutton and automation control and are designed to be used in combination, routing video and associated audio. The 4740-01 pushbutton control panel provides convenient manual control.
The analogue audio router routes audio pairs and is a true 8x8 stereo router.
