Fast Forward Video names new Executive VP

Fast Forward Video (FFV) has announced the appointment of Rob Taylor to the position of Executive Vice President.
Taylor brings more than 23 years of experience in the electronics industry to this newly created position at FFV, with a background that includes managing and directing business units, marketing, sales, and business development.
"During his career as a senior executive working with leading electronics and technology companies, Rob has achieved a proven track record in developing strategies and tactics that accelerate sales growth and improve the profitability of key business units," said Fast Forward Video Founder and President Paul DeKeyser. "We are extremely pleased to welcome Rob onboard, and we look forward to his contributions."
Over the years, Taylor has held several senior management positions, from heading up sales and marketing to general management of business units, at companies including Toshiba America Electronic Components. During his 14 years with Toshiba, he spearheaded corporate change including implementation of global account management, worldwide tracking of design and production activity, and expansion of distribution channels.
In addition to senior management for top OEM accounts including computing, digital consumer, and communications customers, Taylor's early career experience includes responsibility for top multinational accounts, management of sales to all divisions, and coordination of production activity worldwide.
