Canopus announce exclusive Video Forum show offers

Canopus Europe have returned to Video Forum for the fourth year to show the latest in desktop processing tools for video professionals and enthusiasts.
For the first time in the UK, Canopus will be showing how editors can seamlessly edit, mix and output DV, MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and uncompressed video with true realtime, render-free operation with EDIUS 2.0. Also on show is Let's EDIT the fast and easy to use editing software with movie-style effects.
Canopus are also offering visitors to Video Forum three special show offers:
  • Offer 1 includes Canopus Let's EDIT software bundled with Procoder Express, which allows editors to convert existing videos to other formats and also Video FX Transitions, a creative collection of high quality scene changes, for only £149;
  • Offer 2 includes Let's EDIT RT+ along with Procoder Express and Video FX Transitions, for £339;
  • Offer 3 is a special bundle of a Raptor RT2 Max including EDIUS 2.0, for £499.
Prices include VAT and are only available over the three days of the show.
On show is the recently announced EDIUS 2.0, featuring MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 editing and support for OHCI-compliant FireWire hardware. Editors can now seamlessly edit, mix and output DV, MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and uncompressed video with true realtime, render-free operation.
Canopus claim EDIUS 2.0 redefines video production productivity with realtime, multi-format, multi-track editing using a Windows XP-based desktop or laptop computer with an OHCI-compliant FireWire interface. Canopus is also bundling Inscriber's TitleMotion with EDIUS 2.0 for the creation of superior graphics, video titles and motion effects.
Featured on the Canopus Let's EDIT real-time video editing product line for video enthusiasts offering high-end features, including real-time movie-style effects, real-time 2D and 3D transitions, as well as realtime video, titles and graphics layers.
At the heart of the product line, is Let's EDIT editing software that supports any OHCI video capture card.
Canopus is also offering Let's EDIT bundled with the only OHCI capture card that features both analogue and DV capabilities to deliver the ultimate real-time home editing and DVD creation package.
