Trilogy supply intercom to TWI

Trilogy Broadcast, providers of innovative and market leading intercom, signal monitoring and SPG systems, have announced that they have supplied a Commander intercom system to Transworld International (TWI).
The equipment will be installed in mediahouse, a brand new post production facility on the Hogarth Business Park in London.
The Commander system, fitted for 126 channels together with 69 control panels (of which 36 are desktop units), four telephone interface units, a belt pack unit and a GPI expansion board, is being delivered to TSL (Television Systems Ltd) who are responsible for this project, with completion due in April 2003.
The new Trilogy system will provide additional and improved facilities to the current installation, as well as enhancing the flexibility and workflow. For example, the addition of the Trilogy telephone interface will allow a floor manager at a Premier League match to dial directly into the Studio Director's panel without the call being routed via an engineer in MCR, and the Director will be able to place a call from the talkback panel to a mobile phone with a single key push, thus speeding up communications from a busy studio gallery to the crew or production team at the OB unit.
