Framestore CFC win two awards in Australia

Framestore CFC have have been honoured with two awards at the recent 2003 Australian Effects and Animation (AEAF) awards.
The Johnnie Walker 'Fish' spot won in the 'Commercials: Visual Effects' category, and the sexy, sinister title sequence created for the Bond film 'Die Another Day' won in the 'Titles, Idents and Stings' category.
Fish was directed by Daniel Kleinman and produced by Spectre for BBH. Featuring an astonishing blend of 2D and 3D CG effects, as well as consummate compositing, Fish' has been delighting audiences and winning awards throughout 2003. The sight of gigantic shoals of men and women swimming underwater and leaping from it like dolphins makes Fish a memorable and exhilarating spot.
The titles for Die Another Day feature the same director as Fish - Daniel Kleinman - as well as one of the same VFX Supervisors, Framestore CFC's own William Bartlett. Bartlett created and composited the myriad elements that make up the Bond film's title sequence - fire, ice, scorpions, and dancing girls - in Inferno, with input elements from the Framestore CFC's 3D CG artists.
