'How To Lose Weight Well' Recommissioned
How To Lose Weight Well is to return to Channel 4 in 2017, it has been announced.
The new series will follow Dr Xand Van Tulleken, café chef Stacie Stewart and dietician Hala El-Shafie as six dieters test some of the most popular – and some of the most bizarre – diets available. Each dieter is undertaking the experiment for different reasons, whether it is for a wedding, summer holiday or party, and they are all working to different timeframes, from two weeks to four months. The 5x60' series will follow the ups and downs of their diet journey.
Dr Xand will also try some of the latest weight loss gadgets and meet some of the medics behind the weight-loss techniques.
How To Lose Weight Well has been commissioned by Channel 4 Head of Features Gill Wilson. It will be produced by Little Gem. The Series Editor is Kurt Seywald and the Series Director is Meyrick Cook, with Natasha Bondy and Ben Gale executive producing.
