Aurora Returns For New Series Of Alan Carr Chatty Man

Aurora Lighting Hire, alongside Lighting Director Chris Rigby, have been working on the new series of Alan Carr Chatty Man.

Now in its 16th series, the chat show is still recorded live in front of a studio audience at the ITV London Studios, and features a flexible lighting installation which can be adapted between interview segments, comedy sketches and musical performances.

Aurora provided Chris with the fixtures, including Martin Aura Wash units to illuminate the guest sofa area and provide additional wash across the set flats. An extensive LED package was also incorporated throughout the set, with Pulsar Chromabatten 300 and Chromastrip X3s used.

To highlight the performance stage, Martin Viper Profiles were paired with the Rush MH3 to allow for an almost infinite variety of moods to be created.

Alan Carr Chatty Man airs Thursday at 10pm, Channel 4.
