Getting Above The Competition

News Image
Hague Camera Supports have just announced a variety of new products which will literally raise you above the competition.

Hot on the heels of the Hague Tripod Extender, which allows you to increase the height of your tripod by nearly half a metre, come the new range of Hague Highshot camera masts which are ideal for property photography, sports filming and sport analysis.

Hague have been a leading solutions expert in aerial mast photography and filming for many years supplying kits into universities, professional sport teams, estate agencies and sport analysis companies around the world. The new range of Hague Highshot kits are an extension to the current range and offer the flexibility and performance required for professional use.

Although drones have become very popular in recent years they do have their limitations and they are not always a practical solution. The Hague Highshot kits centre around two sizes of mast, one which extends to 6m and one which reaches 7.5m in height. The kits have been designed to be flexible depending upon the individual's requirements and the camera kit they are using.

The different systems offer a standard remote controlled powerhead option, a wireless powerhead and camera control option and a higher speed powerhead option which is ideal for keeping up with fast paced action such as sports. This flexibility provides customers with the chance to match the kit they purchase to their individual requirements.

The Hague Highshot 3 Kit incorporates the new Hague PH100 powerhead which offers the user much quicker speeds for both panning and tilting the camera. It is supplied with a control box which has two variable speed control knobs which make it extremely easy to control the position and direction of the camera. You can also pan and tilt the head simultaneously.

The powerhead is powered by a rechargeable battery making it ideal for use in the field and the control box can be used handheld or mounted to the stand using one of the Hague mounting brackets. With variable speed adjustment from 0 – 24 degrees per second this new head really provides users with more control than ever before.

Then there is the Hague Tripod Extender which has just been released and allows you to get almost half a metre of additional height out of your tripod. It is perfect for filming over crowds or above audiences and is available for both 100mm and 75mm tripod bowl systems.

It is quick and simple to use, you literally take the head off your tripod and attach the tripod extender to the tripods bowl. The head then reattaches to the top of the tripod extender and you are ready to raise the tripod legs and start utilising your new found height.

And if all this isn't enough Hague are also incorporating the new PH100 powerhead into the K10 Camcrane range of camera jibs, providing yet another option for creating wide ranging camera movement. The K10 has been a popular camera crane for many years but the ability to quickly pan and tilt the camera has taken this system to the next level.

With all these solutions available you now have no excuse for not towering above the competition and capturing those beautiful high shots.
