Media Trust Issues Call For Filmmakers

Media Trust, the charity that supports charities and not-for-profit organisations to deliver creative communications via expert-led resources, is looking for eight talented film directors with time to volunteer.

The charity is calling for self-shooting, self-editing professionals to create individual films in support of City Bridge Trust's 'Telling Your Stories' project. The final films will be showcased as part of a special screening at London's Barbican.

Further promotional opportunities will be delivered via the selected charities' online channels.

Each film should be three to five minutes in length and will focus on the work of a charity chosen by City Bridge Trust. These charities currently address challenges that impact millions of people living in London and the UK, including accessibility, community cohesion, mental health, environment, ageing and transition to independent living to name a few. The budget for each film is £1,000 inclusive of all costs. Filmmakers must be able to grade/online.

The deadline for applications is 23 June 2015.
