Canford's Latest FST Launched At IBC

News Image
The latest addition to Canford's trademark FST Foil screened Twin family is now in stock and will be launched at IBC.
The FST-DMX-LFH 120 ohm, single-pair installation cable has been optimised for DMX512 lighting-control applications and meets RS485 data cable specifications.
The wire insulation is polypropylene, which shrinks back during soldering, while the overall jacket is bonded to the screen tape so both jacket and screen are removed in a single stripping action.
Wiring specifications for many public buildings call for LFH cables to be used in certain areas, notably in corridors and ducting. Canford's LFH (Low Fire Hazard - Zero Halogen) cables have a reduced smoke emission, and the gaseous products contain no toxic halogens. All Canford LFH cables meet relevant EN Low Smoke – Zero Halogen specifications.
The cable and samples will be on show, on stand C01 in Hall 9 at IBC.
