Support Matrox MXO2 Capture Devices Released

Matrox has released support for Telestream Wirecast 4.2.2 for Windows across the entire line of Matrox® MXO2™ capture devices and the Mojito MAX I/O card.
Matrox MXO2 devices are the ideal portable capture and ISO recording solutions for streaming live events from wherever they are happening. Their convenient form factors let users stream from anywhere there is an internet connection – in studio, on set, in the field, and in OB vans. Matrox MXO2 devices and the Matrox Mojito MAX card not only send a video feed to Wirecast for streaming, they simultaneously create a high-quality ISO recording of the original video and audio feed on disk – ready for post-event editing.
"Wirecast users are sure to find the exact digital and analog video and audio connectivity they need in the versatile Matrox product line," said Wayne Andrews, product manager at Matrox. "They will also appreciate that they can connect any MXO2 device to a laptop or tower computer. Those who prefer an internal PCIe card can take advantage of Matrox Mojito MAX."
Price and availability
Matrox MXO2 devices are priced starting at $449 US (€382, £338) not including local taxes and delivery. Matrox Mojito MAX is priced at $995 US (£749, €799). Both are available through a worldwide network of authorized dealers. Support for Wirecast 4.2.2 for Windows is part of Matrox driver release 7.2 which is available to registered users as a free download from the Matrox website.
