Three More Industry Veterans Join the OptiTrack Team

OptiTrack has announced the addition of several industry veterans to their team.
Tom Armbruster is OptiTrack’s new Director of Entertainment Sales. Tom has managed business development at several technology companies, including Oblong Industries and Vicon/House of Moves. His leadership has resulted in the largest installations in the space for customers in film, VFX, previs, game development and research. Tom will help introduce entertainment customers to the industry-leading performance of OptiTrack’s new Prime Series cameras.
Gus Lopez joins the OptiTrack team as Software Product Manager. For the past 20 years, Gus has been responsible for the development and application of motion capture hardware and software at Vicon/House of Moves, THQ Games and Oblong Industries. His work has been instrumental in delivering highly capable motion capture and tracking solutions to leading clients in the life sciences, entertainment and defense markets.
Brent Mason will come aboard as a Technical Sales Engineer. Brent has held pre- and post-sales support roles at Vicon, as well as production roles at House of Moves, Warner Bros. Records and Sony Music Entertainment. The technical expertise Brent has developed across multiple industries will provide customers with outstanding insight as they evaluate and implement OptiTrack’s motion capture and tracking systems.
