FX Rentals' royal appointment
FX Rentals, Europe’s premier pro-audio equipment rental company, took part in the Queen’s Golden Jubilee celebrations by supplying a Pro Tools system for one of the Buckingham Palace live music concerts.
Sir George Martin’s office, which was handling the organisation of the free celebratory concerts, placed an order with FX Rentals for a 4810 Pro Tools system interfaced with MADI via a Euphonix ST77 interface box. FX also supplied a Prism AD88 with full monitoring.
The equipment was used during the classical music concert that took place on the evening of June 1.
Along with an impressive selection of pro audio, broadcast and film equipment ready for rental, FX Rentals' Pro Tools department is set up to manage every aspect of digital recording and editing, therefore providing an easy hire option.
Also operating within the FX Group of companies are Music Control for pro audio sales, Cimple Solutions for equipment repair, the FX Copyroom for audio format transfer and FX Spain for rentals, sales and studio installation.
