Pinnacle Systems ship Hollywood FX Pro
Pinnacle Systems have announced the immediate availability of Hollywood FX Pro, their digital video effects tool for the desktop.
Featuring more than 300 true 3D transitions, Hollywood FX Pro gives a user complete control over all 3D rendering options. It also includes the most advanced set of tools ever created for the design of 3D transitions, making it easy to edit every element of 3D effects and create new effects from scratch.
Designed for serious hobbyists and videographers as well as postproduction houses and broadcasters, Hollywood FX Pro uses the same OpenGL engine found in all of the Hollywood FX products to provide hardware accelerated, high quality 3D rendering effects.
It is unique in its ability to take advantage of virtually any 3D accelerator hardware for realtime previews and accelerated rendering.
