Denis Loktev Explores Russia For Euronews Life

For one month, Denis Loktev, reporting for the series Life, travelled all over Russia, from the picturesque Red Square to the fascinating province of Kamchatka.
In previous episodes, Life took viewers to the Volga, the Urals and the Solovetsky Islands. In the coming seven episodes, Russia will show its many facets, from the Altai region and its preserved landscapes, to the bustling capital city of Moscow. The journey brings the viewer in Kamchatka, the 470,000 square km peninsula separating the Sea of Okhotsk from the Pacific Ocean, where the rivers, coasts, and local populations are surrounded by ancient volcanoes.
Two episodes will focus on Moscow. The first will take viewers on a visit of the city's underground and its famous stations. Culture is also featured, with a tour of the recently restored Bolshoi Theatre, as well as a peek into some of the city's small modern art galleries.
